 ONe of the most common reason for poor gear position data on either Data loggers , or ignitions such as BPS is poor machining of the gearbox cover and shift drum.

Drilling and grinding by hand WILL NOT WORK !

We can machine RS125 Gearbox covers and shift drums to take the HRC , or BPS gear position sensor.

We mill the shift drum slot , then radius the entry, We mill the cover , face flat the bolt holes, drill and tap the mounting hole
