Racing Brake Discs

NARROW TRACK FRONT BRAKE DISCS:

All Brembo Racing narrow track brake discs are manufactured from a superior quality cast Stainless Steel, which are fully floating on machined from solid aluminium hard gold anodised mounting bells.

• These discs will only run with calipers that use narrow patch pads (30mm high on friction material)
• These discs will not run with any standard calipers. Standard caliper use a wide track disc, which have a 35mm high pad patch. If you use these discs with standard calipers, the floating bobbins will hit the caliper
• These brake discs can be used with most friction materials

BRAKE DISC ACCESSORIES

Brembo do not supply new rotors or disc bells. If these need replacing then you must purchase the complete disc.
Clips are a single use item. The clip must NEVER be re- used. Always fit a new clip, or the metal will weaken.
If you need to replace a bobbin, then you must build each one using the following;

• 0.2mm shim x 1 A3.40.20.014 £0.18
• 0.5mm shim x 1 A3.40.40.014 £0.18
• Bobbin x 1 05.4108.30 £0.62
• Clip x 1 A6.31.01.090 £0.85
• Some discs also use a spring washer, but it is not necessary to use this x 1 B1.12.10.030 £0.14
