VHM 2 PIECE CYINDER HEADS

The unique two piece design allows the convenient and cost effective solution to getting the correct compression ratio as well as more efficient cooling.

The CNC machined outer cover takes an insert of your choice, there are a number of different profiles available, for various fuels and perfomance levels.

VHM are constantly developing new profiles and if you want to develop your own, we can supply you with blanks to machine also.

We reccomend you also consider the VHM setting tool. All VHM inserts come with a piston protrusion measurement that the head is machined to. Using the tool you simply set the squish by the amount the piston sticks out of the top of the cylinder. This save the hassle of using solder and is really accurate allowing a small amount of adjustment, or ensuring your bang on every time you change your sometimes not so bang on pistons. You also ensure you have constant port timing on your cylinder.

If you run different cylinder heights, VHM will, by special order make inserts to suit.
