RS125 Replica Air Box Kits and GP Fairings

We've used the same basic design of air box since 97, practically the entire field of Honda riding GP competitors use it as well . Our kits are supplied made, based on vacuum formed finely woven matt, so light and well made that carbon fiber is of no advantage. Access hatches to the plug, and fuel tap are Carbon for rigidity (and look trick!!!)

We supply the kits completely ready to fit, we've sourced the best sealing, closed cell foam, hand shaped carb seal , countersunk reedblock screws, and specially made grommets for convenience and a good airtight seal.

A unique touch is the integral catch tank giving a neat and convenient solution to equalizing tank and airbox pressure.

A complete kit is supplied ready to fit , including screen , coil lugs , screen support extenders , and instructions , based on fitting loads of these .

NB you must mod the rad to allow the air duct to pass on the left side of the bike .Templates supplied in the kit

CARB RUBBER SEAL shaped for optimum seal

The latest fairings with the kits are as used at the last 4 GPs. They have a bigger frontal area, slightly taller screen, and wider at the screen support (we supply nylon extenders to fit with 99 or wider 00 supports), allowing you to adjust screen height / fairing width. They also come with two Ducts in the lower, belly pan to direct cooling air onto and around the crankcases. A shroud to cover the cases and direct cool air round the case lowers will be available soon, producing a genuine power increase .
